Waiver/Recertification
Process
Utah
law provides that the "Basic
Training" requirement of Peace Officer certification
may be waived by the Director of POST. For more information
including
application for certification and detailed waiver/ recertification
process.
POST Decertification Process
Utah law states
that POST may initiate an investigation when it receives an
allegation
that
grounds
for
refusal, suspension, or revocation of certification exists.
